AFR Ops Specialist

Engage with Customers under direct/close supervision for shipment information and incident/complaint management
Check that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile and inform about cost/revenue issues
Perform administrative shipment level activities under direct/close supervision including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport
Manage shipments under guidance in line with the customer service commitment
Identify, gather and inform about exceptions/operational irregularities
Understand, follow and support to improve shipment data quality
Follow necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments

Route and/or assign shipments under supervision to relevant consol as guided, ensuring it meets our customers service commitment and maximized our profits.
Prepare invoices, and necessary back-up documentation ensuring customer invoice timeliness and accuracy
Use available tools to monitor and highlight issues with performance
Handing DO (delivery order) release to client along with Manifest and cargo release
Collecting payments for released DO's
Inter department coordination for end to end handling of jobs
CW1 knowledge would be an added advantage
Coordinating and communicating via email and phone with network offices for shipment movement

إدارة الشحنات وفقًا للتوجيهات بما يتماشى مع التزام خدمة العملاء
تحديد وجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالاستثناءات/المخالفات التشغيلية والإبلاغ عنها
فهم واتباع ودعم تحسين جودة بيانات الشحن
اتبع إجراءات الامتثال التنظيمي اللازمة المتعلقة بالسلع ومواقع الشحنات

توجيه و/أو تخصيص الشحنات تحت الإشراف إلى وحدة التجميع ذات الصلة وفقًا للتوجيهات، مع ضمان تلبية التزامات خدمة عملائنا وتحقيق أقصى قدر من أرباحنا.
إعداد الفواتير والوثائق الداعمة اللازمة لضمان دقة وسرعة إصدار فواتير العملاء.
استخدم الأدوات المتاحة لمراقبة المشكلات المتعلقة بالأداء وتسليط الضوء عليها
تسليم أمر التسليم إلى العميل مع بيان الشحنة وإيصال استلام البضائع
تحصيل المدفوعات مقابل إصدار أوامر العمل
التنسيق بين الأقسام لإدارة المهام من البداية إلى النهاية
معرفة CW1 ستكون ميزة إضافية
التنسيق والتواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف مع مكاتب الشبكة فيما يتعلق بنقل الشحنات
