Payroll Assistant Manager
- Port of Salalah – Oman’s largest port, a top global transshipment hub, and the Dhofar region’s largest private employer, is seeking a Payroll Assistant Manager.
- A key role in the organization.
- This involves handling all payroll activities & transactions ensuring accurate payroll elements are reviewed and updated and final payroll is deposited to all employee’ band accounts on time.
- Prepares payroll reports and reconciliation.
- Coordinates with finance on later stages of payroll processing.
- Maintains all data records and ensure all transactions are performed as per the policy and standards.
- This position reports to the Payroll & Medical Insurance Manager.
- The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, human resources, or related discipline.
- Completion of relevant certifications program in payroll management & Process will be an added value.

مساعد مدير الرواتب
- ميناء صلالة - أكبر ميناء في سلطنة عمان، ومركز عالمي رئيسي للشحن العابر، وأكبر جهة توظيف خاصة في منطقة ظفار - يبحث عن مساعد مدير لشؤون الرواتب.
- دور محوري في المنظمة.
- يتضمن ذلك التعامل مع جميع أنشطة ومعاملات الرواتب، والتأكد من مراجعة وتحديث عناصر الرواتب بدقة، وإيداع الرواتب النهائية في حسابات جميع الموظفين في الوقت المحدد.
- يقوم بإعداد تقارير الرواتب وتسويتها.
- يتولى التنسيق مع قسم المالية في المراحل اللاحقة من معالجة الرواتب.
- يتولى مسؤولية حفظ جميع سجلات البيانات والتأكد من تنفيذ جميع المعاملات وفقًا للسياسة والمعايير.
- يتبع هذا المنصب إدارياً لمدير قسم الرواتب والتأمين الطبي.
- ينبغي أن يكون المرشح المثالي حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الموارد البشرية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- يُعدّ إكمال برنامج الشهادات ذات الصلة في إدارة الرواتب والعمليات قيمة مضافة.
