- Oman LNG LLC is a joint venture company which brings together the best possible mix of assets and skills from all over the world for the mutual benefit of Oman and the company’s shareholders.
- Ownership is divided between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman (51%), Royal Dutch/Shell Group (30%), Total (5.54%), KOLNG (5%), Partex (2%), Mitsubishi (2.77%), Mitsui (2.77%) and Itochu (0.92%).
- Established by a Royal Decree in 1994, Oman LNG LLC produces and sells Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and by-product Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs).
- The company undertakes activities necessary to liquefy, store, transport and market Oman’s natural gas and to deliver LNG to international customers. Currently, the extent of the Company’s operations is a three-train liquefaction plant with a nameplate capacity of 10.4 mtpa at Qalhat, near the town of Sur in the Sharqiyah Governorate, Oman.
- Sur, like various other key regions of the Sultanate, was deemed by His Majesty as a target for economic redevelopment, not just because of its natural assets such as a deep natural harbour but to revive what was once a thriving port with a bustling maritime economy.
Logistics Superintendent
Job Details
- The Logistics Superintendent is part of the Supply Chain & Marine team for the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project.
- In this key role, he/she will oversee the coordination of all Logistics activities to ensure objectives are met safely and efficiently. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, he/she will report directly to the Supply Chain & Marine Manager.
- The Logistics Superintendent is directly responsible for the accomplishment of MARSA LNG Operations by providing back-office Logistics coordination from Muscat office, contributing to safe, timely and cost-effective Logistics Operations.
- The job holder ensures the efficient coordination of personnel, equipment and services flows in full compliance with technical, commercial, and safety requirements during construction, commissioning, startup and production phase of the Marsa LNG Bunkering Project.
- The job holder acts as a key interface between technical teams, suppliers, and leadership to secure high-quality services and materials while upholding governance, transparency, and operational excellence. He/She will be a major actor in ensuring the readiness of all resources through proper and efficient management of the related Logistics Contracts.
- The job holder works in close coordination with the Sohar site Logistics team and multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure Logistics Operations are executed in compliance with Company procedures, HSE requirements, and local regulations.

- يُعدّ مشرف الخدمات اللوجستية جزءًا من فريق سلسلة التوريد والشؤون البحرية لمشروع تزويد السفن بالغاز الطبيعي المسال في مارسا.
- في هذا الدور المحوري، سيشرف/تشرف على تنسيق جميع أنشطة الخدمات اللوجستية لضمان تحقيق الأهداف بأمان وكفاءة. وبصفته/بصفتها عضواً أساسياً في فريق سلسلة التوريد، سيرفع/سترفع تقاريره/تقاريرها مباشرةً إلى مدير سلسلة التوريد والخدمات البحرية.
- يتحمل مشرف الخدمات اللوجستية المسؤولية المباشرة عن إنجاز عمليات شركة مارسا للغاز الطبيعي المسال من خلال توفير التنسيق اللوجستي للمكتب الخلفي من مكتب مسقط، مما يساهم في عمليات لوجستية آمنة وفي الوقت المناسب وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- يضمن شاغل الوظيفة التنسيق الفعال لتدفقات الأفراد والمعدات والخدمات بما يتوافق تمامًا مع المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية ومتطلبات السلامة خلال مراحل البناء والتشغيل والبدء والإنتاج لمشروع تزويد سفن الغاز الطبيعي المسال في مرسى.
- يشغل شاغل هذه الوظيفة دوراً محورياً في التواصل بين الفرق الفنية والموردين والإدارة العليا لضمان تقديم خدمات ومواد عالية الجودة، مع الالتزام بالحوكمة والشفافية والتميز التشغيلي. وسيكون له دورٌ أساسي في ضمان جاهزية جميع الموارد من خلال الإدارة السليمة والفعّالة لعقود الخدمات اللوجستية ذات الصلة.
- يعمل شاغل الوظيفة بتنسيق وثيق مع فريق الخدمات اللوجستية في موقع صحار والعديد من أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان تنفيذ العمليات اللوجستية بما يتوافق مع إجراءات الشركة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة واللوائح المحلية.
