Insurance officer
Candidate Profile:
- • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
- • Minimum qualification: Grade 12 and above
- • Computer literate
- • Good written and spoken English
- • Willing to work in rotational shifts (days and timings)
Job Responsibilities:
- • Issuing insurance policies using our software platform
- • Assisting customers over phone
- • Handling customer WhatsApp enquiries
- • Working in rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- • Working on a rotational schedule across all days of the week (Sunday to Saturday)

نبذة عن المرشح:
- • خريجون جدد أو مرشحون لديهم خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين
- • الحد الأدنى للمؤهلات: شهادة إتمام المرحلة الثانوية (الصف الثاني عشر) أو أعلى
- • يجيد استخدام الحاسوب
- • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
- • على استعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات (الأيام والأوقات)
المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- • إصدار وثائق التأمين باستخدام منصة البرامج الخاصة بنا
- • مساعدة العملاء عبر الهاتف
- • التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء عبر تطبيق واتساب
- • العمل بنظام المناوبات بين الساعة 7:00 صباحاً و 10:00 مساءً
- • العمل وفق جدول مناوبة على مدار أيام الأسبوع (من الأحد إلى السبت)
