Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Manage the IFS P&L actively by analyzing daily financial inputs to identify cost-saving opportunities, forecast monthly closing costs, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide predictive cost-per-stage modeling to the IFS Operations Manager, enabling real-time financial tracking and proactive cost management.
- Coordinate directly with the Abraj Central Supply Chain. Submit accurately forecasted and vetted material requirements to facilitate efficient corporate procurement.
- Lead and attend all related internal and external meetings required to manage the commercial and supply chain facets of IFS operations.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all operational vendors. Monitor and manage the mobilization (hiring) and demobilization (off-hiring) of all third-party equipment and resources, critically evaluating operational requests to optimize capacity.
Business Development Manager - International
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Plan, formulate, organize and develop business strategies and activities by identifying possibilities and new market opportunities outside of Sultanate of Oman.
- Identifying and prospecting for new clients, relationship building as well as developing program concepts that meet client goals.
- Prepare and coordinate new tender processes by identifying and securing revenue-generating partnerships and innovative deals.
- Work closely with other departments to determine proper formulas and criteria for business development and means to enhance performance.
Frac & Stimulation Manager
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Serve as the ultimate technical authority for all active pumping operations. Maintain oversight of multiple active wellheads and execution footprints across the Sultanate.
- Review and approve all post-job execution data, treating pressure charts, and chemical/proppant consumption logs for accuracy before submitting to the respective Project Managers for client invoicing.
- Lead daily operational safety meetings, pre-job safety briefings (PJSM), and coordinate complex technical handovers between rotating crews on different client projects.
- Operational:
- Multi-Fleet Execution: Direct the precise execution of complex hydraulic fracturing and stimulation designs (slickwater, crosslinked gels, high-viscosity friction reducers, acidizing) across various reservoirs and client specifications.

المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية:
- إدارة الأرباح والخسائر لنظام IFS بشكل فعال من خلال تحليل المدخلات المالية اليومية لتحديد فرص توفير التكاليف، والتنبؤ بتكاليف الإغلاق الشهرية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- توفير نموذج تنبؤي لتكلفة كل مرحلة لمدير عمليات IFS، مما يتيح التتبع المالي في الوقت الفعلي وإدارة التكاليف الاستباقية.
- التنسيق مباشرة مع سلسلة التوريد المركزية في أبراج. تقديم متطلبات المواد المتوقعة والمدققة بدقة لتسهيل عمليات الشراء المؤسسية الفعالة.
- قيادة وحضور جميع الاجتماعات الداخلية والخارجية ذات الصلة المطلوبة لإدارة الجوانب التجارية وسلسلة التوريد لعمليات IFS.

المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية:
- تخطيط وصياغة وتنظيم وتطوير استراتيجيات وأنشطة الأعمال من خلال تحديد الإمكانيات وفرص السوق الجديدة خارج سلطنة عمان.
- تحديد العملاء الجدد واستقطابهم، وبناء العلاقات، بالإضافة إلى تطوير مفاهيم البرامج التي تلبي أهداف العملاء.
- إعداد وتنسيق عمليات المناقصات الجديدة من خلال تحديد وتأمين الشراكات المدرة للدخل والصفقات المبتكرة.
- العمل عن كثب مع الإدارات الأخرى لتحديد الصيغ والمعايير المناسبة لتطوير الأعمال ووسائل تحسين الأداء.
Frac & Stimulation Manager
المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية:
- تولي منصب السلطة الفنية العليا لجميع عمليات الضخ النشطة. الإشراف على العديد من رؤوس الآبار النشطة ومواقع التنفيذ في جميع أنحاء السلطنة.
- قم بمراجعة واعتماد جميع بيانات ما بعد تنفيذ العمل، ومخططات ضغط المعالجة، وسجلات استهلاك المواد الكيميائية/الدعامات للتأكد من دقتها قبل تقديمها إلى مديري المشاريع المعنيين لإصدار الفواتير للعميل.

- التشغيلي:
- التنفيذ متعدد الأساطيل: توجيه التنفيذ الدقيق لتصميمات التكسير الهيدروليكي والتحفيز المعقدة (الماء المزلق، والهلام المتشابك، ومخفضات الاحتكاك عالية اللزوجة، والمعالجة الحمضية) عبر خزانات مختلفة ومواصفات العميل.
