Lead Engineer Mechanical Static
Mechanical statics is used to design and analyze structures and machines that are designed to remain in a fixed position, Mechanical stationary equipment (non-moving equipment such as tanks and other vessels:
- Pressure vessels, (drums, columns, reactors, filters)
- Heat exchangers (shell and tubes, plate and frame, air coolers).
- Columns: used to separate crude oil and other feedstocks into different fractions and are operated under high temperatures and pressures from which is required a careful design to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Field Senior Engineer Production
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Provide robust technical production-engineering expertise, support, and innovative solutions for the execution of the production-engineering process, ensuring common engineering principles and concepts are applied; may handle a large scope of activities simultaneously and provide guidance to junior engineers and trainees.
- Optimise well production through daily well-surveillance monitoring and troubleshooting of well-performance issues.
- Hold direct responsibility for a range of activities including well surveillance, frac-job design and implementation, well testing, artificial-lift selection and design, completion and workover design and execution, well-intervention proposals, and well-stimulation design and execution.
Fire Fighter Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE:
- Lead and oversees as stand-alone role, the firefighting activities at OTTCO, under delegated authority and direction from OTTCO CHSSE, the owner of the Firefighting Services including resource planning, synchronization of operations, adjustment of operational parameters, through; (1) To control and overseas the replenishing consumables, scheduling inspection of fire hydrants, extinguishers and other equipment keeping all relevant maintenance reports and files. (2) Responsible of the Emergency Response, initial external Communication and Escalation to top level CHSSE. (3) supervise its assigned Unity team for the assigned sites, and (4) administer maintenance programs for OTTCO’s firefighting systems and equipment; in order to ensure maintenance programs for OTTCO’s firefighting systems and equipment specifications are set and met at optimum cost in a safe and efficient manner and handles all problems and emergencies occurring during shifts.
Team Leader, Commercial - OQ8
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate the Commercial Team, including Crude Supply and Product Commercial functions, ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies covering feedstock procurement, refinery optimization, product commercialization, and margin enhancement across the entire refining value chain.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute legal support regarding processes and procedures to assure legal compliance of OQ8 associated with all business matters and activities and provide legal advice, guidance, thoughts, and insights associated with day to day activities, relating to the legal framework & integrated into the complex end-to-end Business, for both annual cycles and ongoing re-forecasts.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical input during any HSE Emergency incident or Well control event arising from Well Engineering activities.

- Assist in the close-out HSE actions resulting from Audit or incident investigations.

Principal, Economics and Planning
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Conducts economics evaluation (using an NPV model) to determine the overall economic viability of new projects and the factors that most impact the economic viability of the resources.
- Apply advanced discounted cash flow (DCF) methodologies including NPV, IRR, MIRR, profitability index, and payback period. Incorporating fiscal structures (production sharing contracts, cost recovery, profit share splits)

Senior Engineer, Technical Safety

- Support the execution of technical safety engineering activities across OQEP's project delivery portfolio, ensuring compliance with applicable international standards, codes, and OQEP's engineering specifications.

- تقديم دعم فني قوي في مجال الجيولوجيا لتطوير معارف علوم الأرض المتكاملة وتطبيقها في باطن الأرض المتكامل ضمن نطاق فريق TL ABB Oil - باطن الأرض - الأصول المُدارة، وذلك من خلال تطبيق المعرفة المتقدمة في علوم الأرض وخبرات الصناعة لتقديم تحليل وتفسير جيولوجي عالي الجودة وفي الوقت المناسب (بما في ذلك النموذج الثابت ثلاثي الأبعاد) الذي يُساهم في تطوير أصول الشركة المُدارة وغير المُدارة عبر مجموعة متنوعة من الخزانات والسوائل ومستويات النضج، وذلك لقيادة عمليات التطوير والنمذجة الجيولوجية وجمع البيانات وتطوير الأفراد، وتنسيق الدراسات الخاصة، وإعداد وتحديث تفسيرات باطن الأرض، وتوفير مدخلات البيانات ذات الصلة للتخصصات الأخرى، من أجل تعزيز التفسير الجيولوجي ودعم اكتشاف رواسب النفط والغاز الهامة.
مهندس أول، السلامة الفنية
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- دعم تنفيذ أنشطة هندسة السلامة الفنية في جميع مشاريع شركة OQEP، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح الدولية المعمول بها، والمواصفات الهندسية لشركة OQEP.
- المشاركة والمساهمة في دراسات تحديد المخاطر وتقييم المخاطر بما في ذلك HAZID و HAZOP وتحليلات ماذا لو وتحليلات ربطة العنق للمشاريع والمرافق التشغيلية.
- دعم تطوير ومراجعة مخرجات السلامة الفنية بما في ذلك وثائق مفهوم السلامة، وفلسفة الحريق والغاز، وفلسفة الهروب والإخلاء والإنقاذ (EER)، ووثائق نظام السلامة الآلي (SIS).
- إجراء تقييمات كمية ونوعية للمخاطر بما في ذلك نمذجة العواقب، وتحليل الانتشار، ونمذجة الحرائق والانفجارات باستخدام الأدوات القياسية في الصناعة (مثل PHAST أو Safeti أو ما يعادلها).

الغرض من الوظيفة
- يتولى قائد فريق شبكات وبنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات مسؤولية قيادة وإدارة وظائف البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وشبكات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومكتب دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، لضمان خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات المؤسسية الآمنة والموثوقة وعالية الأداء في البيئات المحلية والسحابية والهجينة. ويركز هذا الدور على ضمان التوافر وقابلية التوسع والاستعداد للتعافي من الكوارث، مع ضمان دعم فعال للمستخدمين النهائيين، واتصال سلس، واستمرارية العمليات الحيوية للأعمال.
- سيعمل شاغل هذا المنصب وفقًا لرسالة ورؤية وقيم واستراتيجيات OQ8، بالإضافة إلى السياسات والمبادئ التوجيهية والمعايير، مدعومة بمنصة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وحكومة سلطنة عمان وغيرها من المبررات القانونية، وأفضل الممارسات الدولية بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الوطنية.

المؤهلات والخبرات التعليمية والمهنية
الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات:
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية من كلية تقنية أو مهنية
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي، وإتقان اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
الحد الأدنى من الخبرة:
- خبرة مباشرة وذات صلة تتراوح من 3 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال توليد الطاقة، وتحلية المياه، ومعالجة المياه، والمرافق العامة.
