- Oman Investment Authority (OIA) is the investment arm of the Sultanate of Oman. It is mandated with managing, investing, and growing the Sultanate of Oman assets locally and internationally.
- Its investment funds geographically diverse, with investments on every continent, and cover a wide range of sectors, including food and fisheries, energy, logistics, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), public services, financial and investment services, tourism, mining, manufacturing, and aviation.
- It plays a key role in driving sustainable economic development and achieving Oman’s vision of becoming a more attractive investment destination.
- Oman Investment Authority was established by Royal Decree No. 61/2020 issued on June 4, 2020, through the merger of two separate entities: the State General Reserve Fund and the Oman Investment Fund. Its system was issued by Royal Decree No. 57/2021 on August 18, 2021.
Associate - Corporate Planning & Strategy
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Develop an investment strategy for OIA’s funds. This is done by reviewing the portfolio and making recommendations to reposition assets, rebalance portfolio, finalize growth and funding plans.
- • Continuous analysis of the portfolio’s position against strategic plans such as growth & diversification, financial sustainability and economic impact.
- • Develop OIA’s business plan by aggregating the business plans of all its holdings and make recommendations to the management to ensure alignment with strategic direction of the organization.
- • Design effective models to ensure accurate preparation and timely analysis reports for OIA’s Corporate Planning & Strategy division.
- • Forecast proceeds and uses of cash for the underlying portfolio companies and analyze the financial positions of those investments to make recommendations to optimize the portfolio’s value.
Associate- Performance Management & Reporting
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Manage the financial and investment data and relevant information to Manager Performance Management & Reporting to participate in driving business performance.
- • identifying areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas to provide appropriate business recommendations and resolve operational shortcomings.
- • Support in the improvement of the performance database to improve understanding of the key determinants of success for OIA.
- • Support performance measurement, KPI tracking, and benchmarking across the investment portfolio.
- • Analyze returns, attribution, and risk metrics to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- • Act as Focal point with the internal/external auditors on a regularly basis during periodical financial reporting to ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely reporting.
Senior Associate - International Legal and Corporate Transactions
JOB PURPOSE
- To protect OIA’s legal interests while facilitating its core investment functions by assisting in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of local and international transactions and by providing legal analysis and advice in relation to transactions, asset management, corporate governance, and other matters relating to OIA or its subsidiaries.

- تأسست هيئة الاستثمار العمانية بموجب المرسوم السلطاني رقم 61 لسنة 2020 الصادر بتاريخ 4 يونيو 2020، وذلك من خلال دمج كيانين منفصلين: صندوق الاحتياطي العام للدولة وصندوق الاستثمار العماني. وتم إصدار نظامها بموجب المرسوم السلطاني رقم 57 لسنة 2021 الصادر بتاريخ 18 أغسطس 2021.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- • وضع استراتيجية استثمارية لصناديق OIA. ويتم ذلك من خلال مراجعة المحفظة وتقديم توصيات لإعادة توزيع الأصول، وإعادة توازن المحفظة، ووضع اللمسات الأخيرة على خطط النمو والتمويل.
- • التحليل المستمر لوضع المحفظة الاستثمارية في ضوء الخطط الاستراتيجية مثل النمو والتنويع والاستدامة المالية والأثر الاقتصادي.
- • تطوير خطة عمل OIA من خلال تجميع خطط أعمال جميع ممتلكاتها وتقديم توصيات للإدارة لضمان التوافق مع التوجه الاستراتيجي للمنظمة.
- • تصميم نماذج فعالة لضمان إعداد تقارير تحليل دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لقسم التخطيط والاستراتيجية المؤسسية في مكتب الشؤون الداخلية.
- • التنبؤ بالعائدات واستخدامات النقد للشركات الأساسية في المحفظة وتحليل الأوضاع المالية لتلك الاستثمارات لتقديم توصيات لتحسين قيمة المحفظة.
مساعد - إدارة الأداء وإعداد التقارير
الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- • إدارة البيانات المالية والاستثمارية والمعلومات ذات الصلة لإدارة أداء المدير وإعداد التقارير للمشاركة في تحسين أداء الأعمال.
- • تحديد مجالات التحسين والمخاوف في مجالات العمليات التجارية لتقديم توصيات تجارية مناسبة وحل أوجه القصور التشغيلية.
- • تقديم الدعم في تحسين قاعدة بيانات الأداء لتحسين فهم المحددات الرئيسية لنجاح مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي.
- • دعم قياس الأداء، وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ووضع المعايير عبر محفظة الاستثمار.
- • تحليل العوائد، ونسب الفضل، ومقاييس المخاطر لدعم مراقبة الأداء واتخاذ القرارات.
- • العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية مع المدققين الداخليين/الخارجيين بشكل منتظم أثناء إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية لضمان إعداد التقارير بسلاسة ودقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
محامٍ أول - المعاملات القانونية والشركات الدولية
الغرض من الوظيفة
- حماية المصالح القانونية لشركة OIA مع تسهيل وظائفها الاستثمارية الأساسية من خلال المساعدة في هيكلة وتفاوض وتنفيذ المعاملات المحلية والدولية، ومن خلال تقديم التحليل القانوني والمشورة فيما يتعلق بالمعاملات وإدارة الأصول وحوكمة الشركات وغيرها من الأمور المتعلقة بشركة OIA أو الشركات التابعة لها.
