Responsibilities

- * To design smart handover decision algorithm powered by AI and Big Data Analysis model to make efficient handover decision automatically.
- * To develop dynamic load-balancing algorithm leveraging AI to efficiently distribute traffic and optimize resource utilization in heterogeneous networks.

Strategic HR Management
- Contribute effectively to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the University’s objectives.
- Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Provide HR insights, reports, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, HR Risks management and organizational development initiatives.

Manpower Planning:
- Develop and implement Manpower planning strategy, policies, procedures and framework in alignment with HR strategy and business objectives.

Research assistant in educational research
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the implementation of the research plan according to the project's established timeline.
- Assist in preparing and developing the research instruments used in the study (such as questionnaires, tests, or observation tools).
- Contribute to reviewing the literature and previous studies related to the research topic.
- Ensure that study participants meet all the specified conditions and criteria for participation in the research (such as age group, grade level, geographic region, etc.).
- Verify the collected data to ensure its completeness and accuracy before entering it into the analysis.
- Adhere to the highest standards of research ethics in dealing with participants and their data.

أستاذ مساعد في الإدارة
الوظيفة
- ومن المتوقع من عضو هيئة التدريس أن يحافظ على أعلى المعايير الشخصية في الشخصية والسلوك، وأن يظل على اطلاع دائم بانضباطه الأكاديمي من خلال الدراسة المستمرة والبحث و/أو المشاركة في أنشطة منظمته المهنية.
المسؤوليات
- إعداد وتقديم المحاضرات للطلاب الجامعيين و/أو الدراسات العليا
- ضمان وصول الطلاب إلى إمكاناتهم الكاملة من خلال استخدام أساليب التدريس المبتكرة.
- الإشراف والتوجيه للطلاب فيما يتعلق بالأنشطة النظرية والعملية.
- الإشراف على أعمال الطلاب المعملية (إذا لزم الأمر).
- تقييم وتصنيف أعمال الطلاب في الفصل، وأدائهم المختبري، وواجباتهم، وأوراقهم.
- إعداد وإدارة وتصحيح الامتحانات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات حضور الطلاب، والدرجات، والسجلات الأخرى المطلوبة.
- إعداد المواد الدراسية مثل المناهج الدراسية والواجبات المنزلية والنشرات.
تخطيط وتقييم ومراجعة المناهج ومحتوى الدورة ومواد الدورة وطرق التدريس.
- الإشراف على التدريس والتدريب والبحث في مرحلة البكالوريوس و/أو الدراسات العليا.
- مواكبة التطورات في مجالهم من خلال قراءة الأدبيات الحالية والتحدث مع الزملاء والمشاركة في المؤتمرات المهنية.
- بدء المناقشات في الفصل الدراسي وتسهيلها وإدارتها.
- اختيار والحصول على المواد والإمدادات مثل الكتب المدرسية ومعدات المختبر.
- مساعدة رئيس القسم وزملاء العضو في تنفيذ برنامج القسم.
- إجراء البحوث في مجال معين من المعرفة، ونشر النتائج في المجلات المتخصصة والكتب و/أو الوسائط الإلكترونية.
- الخدمة في اللجان الأكاديمية أو الإدارية التي تتعامل مع السياسات المؤسسية، والشؤون الإدارية، والقضايا الأكاديمية.
- كتابة مقترحات المنح للحصول على تمويل بحثي خارجي.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير المطلوبة المتعلقة بالتعليمات.
- العمل كمستشارين للمنظمات الطلابية.
- إعداد قوائم المراجع للمواد المتخصصة لمهام القراءة الخارجية.
- تقديم خدمات استشارية مهنية للحكومة و/أو الصناعة.
- أية مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها من قبل العميد.
خبرة
- - سنتين من الخبرة في التدريس والبحث العلمي مع الحصول على رتبة أكاديمية أستاذ مساعد في جامعة معترف بها.
مهارات
- القدرة على التدريس وإدارة وتقييم المقررات الدراسية الجامعية والدراسات العليا في مجال ذي صلة.
- القدرة على تطوير مواد الدورة والبرامج
- القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال كعضو في الفريق
- القدرة على تقديم المشورة التعليمية والأكاديمية لطلاب البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا
- القدرة على تطوير برنامج بحثي والحفاظ عليه والنشر في المجلات الدولية
- القدرة على إظهار القيادة في أنشطة التوعية
- يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح التزام قوي بالتميز في التدريس وتقديم المشورة للطلاب.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح سجل قوي من قدرات البحث مدعومة بقائمة واسعة من المنشورات.
- مهارات متقدمة في التواصل الشخصي اللفظي والكتابي.
